Blog Management

In the admin hover over Page Management and select Update Bog from the dropdown menu.


 

Adding a New Blog Post

  1. Click Add a New Blog Entry.
  2. Enter Title for post. This is the Headline for your post.
  3. Enter Description for the post. The Description describes your post to search engines.
  4. Enter your content into the editor. For more information on how to add content, see the Adding Page Content section.
  5. If you want to change the post date, check the box  Check box to change post date: and change the date.
  6. Enter a Category for the Post. Any that have been already added will show in the Select Category dropdown. to the left.
  7. When finished, click Add New Blog Post.

 

Editing a Post

Listed under Current Posts will be all the posts created for the blog.

  1. To edit a post, click Edit.

 

Deleting a Post

  1. Find your Post in the Current Post List and click Delete. You’ll be prompted to Verify.
  2. Click Delete The Entry. You'll be asked to verify that you want to delete the post

Adding Blog Feed On Sidebar:

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Site Setup, and select Navigation and Page Options.
     

  2. Check the box for Show Blog Feed On Sidebar:

  3. Click Update Site Settings at the top or bottom of the page.
  4. Regenerate your site for the changes to take effect

 

Rename Blog in Navigation:

If you would like the blog to be named something different (ie. News), type in how you want it to appear on the navigation.

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Site Setup, and select Navigation and Page Options.

     

  2. Check the box for Rename Blog in Navigation:

  3. Click Update Site Settings at the top or bottom of the page.
  4. Regenerate your site for the changes to take effect
