Event List Feature

Here is where you may add events and announcements that you can add to your site pages as a calendar of events list.

Event List Administration

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Page Management and click Event List from the dropdown.
  2. From here you can either create a new event or search existing events.

Create New Event

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Page Management and click Event List from the dropdown.
  2. Enter in the Event Information.
  3. Click the Add New Even button.
  4. You will be taken to a confirmation screen.
  5. If it isn't already, add the Event List Code to your Events Page.

Edit Events

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Page Management and click Event List from the dropdown.
  2. To view all events click the Search Events to Edit or Delete button located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Or if you are looking for a specific event, enter the search criteria, then click Search Events to Edit or Delete.
  4. From that page, you'lls ee a list of all the events entered..

     
  5.   Choose the event you wish to edit and then click Edit.
  6. Edit Event as necessary.
     
  7. Click Edit Event.
  8. You'll be taken to a confirmation screen.

Deleting Events

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Page Management and click Event List from the dropdown.
  2. To view all events click the View All Events or Search Events button located at the bottom of the page.

  3. Or if you are looking for a specific event, enter the search criteria, then click Search Events to Edit or Delete.
  4. From that page, you'lls ee a list of all the events entered..

     
  5.   Choose the event you wish to
  6. remove and click Delete.
  7. You'll be taken to a confirmation screen.
  8. Click Delete Event.
  9. You will be taken to a confirmation page.

 

Add Events List to a page

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Page Management and click Edit Pages from the dropdown.

  2. Select the radio button of page you wish to edit and click Edit this page or click Create a New Page if your page is not already created.
  3. The below example is for the Events & Fundraisers Page without the Events Form Code.

  4. On the right side in the Orange box are the forms available to insert into your page.
     
  5. Highlight the code for the form you want.
  6. Copy the code by either:
    • Press Ctrl and C.
    • Right click and select Copy
    • Select copy under the edit menu.
  7. In the Edit Page Window, Paste the code by either:
    • Press Ctrl and V.
    • Right click and select paste
    • Select Paste under the edit menu.
  8. Your code is now on the page.
  9. Click Edit Page to save your changes.
  10. If you click preview your changes, you will see how your content will look, but only the form code will show (as shown below).
  11. After you have added your calendar to a page(es) and regenerated your website, it will appear like this.

Add Event List Widget to Sidebar

  1. On the Admin Menu Navigation, hover over Site Setup and click Navigation and Page Options from the dropdown.
