How to create a photo box with caption

  1. Insert your mouse where you want to place the photo. Make sure it’s on a brand new line
  2. Type in your caption first (or at least place holder text.)
  3. Highlight your text.
  4. From the Style menu, select either of the float left float right styles. There are several PictureLeft or PictureRight. PictureLeft will float the photo to the left with text wraping around the right. PictureRight will float the photo to the right with text wraping around the left.


     
  5. The photobox has been created.
     
  6. Insert the cursor directly in front of the Caption text. Hold the shift key down and hit the enter key to make a soft return (A line break)

     
  7. Click the Insert/Edit icon.


     
  8. Click Browser Server.

  9. Double click the image you want to use.

  10. Change the width of the photo to about 280. The height will adjust as necessary.

    NOTE: Do not applt a border, hspace, vspace or alignment to the photo. These are already prestyled by PictureLeft and PictureRight.
     
  11. You now have a photobox with caption.
